Höga Kusten whets your appetite
We challenge both muscles and taste buds on Höga Kusten. At Ulvöns Lilla Salteri we try fermented Baltic herring, before trying Via Ferrata climbing on Skuleberget.
Fermented Baltic herring at Ulvöns Lilla Salteri
The reasons why Ulvön is called the Mecca of fermented herring are many. We speak to Ruben who works at Ulvöns Lilla Salteri. The best raw material can be found right here and it is home to several well-known brands of fermented Baltic herring.

Via Ferrata at Skuleberget
Via Ferrata is a basic form of climbing, based on a steel cable run through a set of periodically placed loops, secured into the rock. This makes it possible for everyone to participate, and requires no previous experience. The youngest person to climb the Skuleberget Mountain was four years old, and the oldest was eighty-two.
