We travel to High Chaparral – Småland’s Wild West. We visit an Indian village, ride cowboy horses and experience a train robbery. Then it’s off to Isaberg where we swing along the high ropes course. The caravan is parked at High Chaparral camping and Isaberg Mountain Resort.

Camping High Chaparral

High Chaparral Camping, which, as well as High Chaparral, offers about 60 cabins, and pitches for more than 600 caravans, motorhomes and tents. Storån winds its way along the northern edge of the campsite, and the artificial lake offers excellent swimming.

Isaberg Mountain Resort is a scenic holiday village with a high ropes course, adventure playground, swimming area, mountain bike trails, moose park and much more. The campsite has modern equipment and is easily accessible. There are cottages and more than 70 pitches with electricity and cable TV.

Grillade hästskor med chokladsås och glass

1 färsk ananas
1 tsk ingefärapulver
2 msk råsocker
1 dl cider (alt. halvtort vitt vin)
Vaniljglass
Chokladsås

Blanda cider, råsocker och ingefära. Skiva frukten och skär ut ett jack i botten så att de liknar en hästsko. Lägg i och låt dem marinera i vätskan i 20 min.

Klicka en msk smör i en panna och stek ananasen i 2-3 min per sida tills den är gyllene. Lyft upp och servera med glass och ringla över chokladsås.
