Belgium’s Venice, Bruges, is a picturesque town with a history as a textile metropolis. Today, chocolate is a bigger attraction. There are about 50 producers and shops within a relatively small area, giving Bruges the highest chocolate density in the world. We try making our own chocolate creams and take the results home.
