The truffle is a fungus that grows under the ground and one of the most sought after raw products in the gastronomic world. It thrives in the area around the Mediterranean, so we take the opportunity and set off to the small village of Paladini to search for truffles with the Karlić family. The family’s dogs Candy and Delilah are specially trained for the purpose and manage to find three black truffles in 20 minutes.
